Kokomi, Saki, and Yotsuba are three middle school friends who lead different lifestyles. One day, they encounter Kumachi, a talking teddy bear sent by his master named Phandy to search for the "Gyaku Jewels," a treasure from the human heart that can grant wishes. Kumachi later chooses them to become Phantomirage, a group of Robin Hood-style phantom thieves of justice, to fight against the Reverse Police, a gang of corrupt officers who always arrest good people by turning them into their dark selves. Phantomirage must purify their stolen hearts, allowing them to return to normal and reclaim their treasure by granting their wishes.
