Seishiro Tokai (Kazunari Ninomiya) works as a surgeon at a university hospital. He has excellent suturing skills and boasts a 100% surgery success rate. However, his arrogant attitude and personality lead to conflicts with those around him. A new doctor attempts to introduce the latest surgical device that doesn't require a surgeon's hand.
