Yuen Biao is a former Hong Kong officer. He resigned after an "accident" occurred in which he killed an innocent teenager. Overcome with guilt, he decided to train with monks to find peace. After five years, he re-joins the force following a supernatural encounter at a performance. He realizes he has no choice but to use his highly accurate visions to help. When Yuen Biao reconnects with his former friend, who is Gigi's father, he is offered to live in an apartment next to them. There, he meets Moses Chan, the man who was evicted from where Yuen Biao would be living. Little does Yuen Biao know that Moses is actually an undercover officer spying on the triads. As Yuen Biao gradually uncovers the truth about Moses, they become good friends, tackling many strange cases alongside Yoyo Mung, who became a lawyer after serving as a head officer/investigator.
