Xiang Yun was originally a cloud but was transformed into a fairy by Yue Laodian and began working at Yue Lao Pavilion. Chu Kong is a disciple of the Uri Xingjun constellation. He accidentally wandered into Yue Lao Pavilion and was mistaken for a villain. When Chu Kong accidentally broke Xiang Yun's fan, the two quarreled and inadvertently tangled the red string, leading to the marriage of the three worlds. The Jade Emperor learned of the chaos, and his punishment for them was that they could not return to heaven until after seven lifetimes of love, and thus their story began.
