Lookkaew is a high-society woman who is cheating on her boyfriend, Ratt. When he catches her, he walks away. As Lookkaew chases after him, she gets into a car accident and hits a girl named Natda. Lookkaew's selfish mother is determined not to lose Ratt as a son-in-law since her daughter is in a coma and may never wake up. To deceive Ratt and his father into proceeding with the marriage, she has the unconscious Natda undergo plastic surgery to resemble her daughter, Lookkaew. Natda wakes up believing she is Lookkaew, but she has no memories other than what her false mother tells her. She also has to navigate Ratt's anger and hurt over the real Lookkaew's betrayal.
