Goofy is a single father raising his son Max in Spoonerville. Goofy and Max move in with Goofy’s high school friend, Pete, who is a used car salesman and the owner of Honest Pete's Used Cars. Pete's wife, Peg, is a realtor, and they have two children: their son P.J. (Pete Jr.) and their little daughter Pistol. Pete's son PJ and Max become best friends, doing almost everything together.
