After causing a major incident, police officer Daigo Agawa takes his wife and daughter to a remote mountain village called Kuge. Despite the mysterious disappearance of a previous police officer on duty, it seems like a nice place to escape this trouble. One day, the body of an elderly woman is found in the mountains. The Goto family claims it was a bear attack, but Daigo notices bite marks that belong to a human. It soon becomes clear that nothing in this village is as it seems.
