Orhun is a successful businessman raised in a wealthy but loveless family alongside his twin sister Nihan, younger sister Nurşah, and their cold, distant mother Afife. Nihan left to volunteer as a doctor in Eritrea, but recently she has become impossible to reach, leaving her family worried.
