In the 1850s, Captain Charles Boone moves his family of three children to his ancestral home in the small, sleepy town of Preacher's Corners in Maine after his wife dies at sea. Charles will soon have to confront the dark secrets of his family's troubled past and fight to end the darkness that has haunted the Boones for generations.
