Data Bank is a cultural competition program that aired on Saudi television in the eighties, hosted by the Jordanian media personality Omar Al-Khatib. The concept of the show involves asking a question to six contestants on stage in front of an audience; whoever knows the answer presses a button in front of them and responds. If their answer is correct, their score increases, and if it’s wrong, their score decreases, with the contestant who accumulates the highest score being declared the winner.
