A massive wave of migration has started towards the town where oil has been found, driven by the dream of a better life. The influx is so great that the number of houses in the town can no longer accommodate the population. Naturally, the prices for buying and renting homes have skyrocketed. As a result, new migrants who cannot afford the high rents are setting up tent communities to live in. Newlyweds Billy and Cody LeFever are among those who come to the town with dreams of getting rich by starting a new business. However, due to a car accident on their way to the town, all their investment materials become unusable. Because of Billy's negligence, they also didn't get insurance before the trip, leaving them to find themselves in one of the tent communities with their soaked dreams. Cody wants to go back, but Billy, who has an extraordinarily ambitious nature, has no intention of leaving the town without realizing his dreams. With no savings left, Billy will have to take great risks to achieve these dreams and somehow try to survive in this new world filled with vultures.
