The City of Angels is crumbling, and crime runs rampant throughout the city. The mayor is corrupt, the police are ineffective, and the city needs someone to take charge of the situation. By day, Darcy Walker is a cop, but by night she transforms into the Black Scorpion. She accomplishes what she can't achieve with a badge through her own brand of justice. This is vigilante justice, old school style.
