Barış Arduç, 1987 yılında İsviçre'nin Scherzingen şehrinde dünyaya geldi. Aslen Arnavut olan Barış Arduç, baba tarafından Ordu Fatsa'lı, anne tarafından Artvin'lidir. İki erkek kardeşi vardır. 8 yaşında ailesiyle beraber yurtdışından Türkiye'ye kesin dönüş yapan Arduç, ilkokulu Sakarya ve Gölcük'te bitirdi. 17 Ağustos 1999'da Gölcük'te yaşanan deprem sebebiyle ailesi ile beraber Bolu'ya taşınmak zorunda kaldı. Ortaokulu ve lise 1. sınıfı Bolu'da okuduktan sonra, lise 2. sınıfta ailesiyle beraber İstanbul'a gelerek ortaöğrenimini burada tamamladı. Liseden mezun olduktan sonra Kayseri Erciyes Üniversitesi Spor Akademisini kazandı fakat ilk yılında okula adapte olamayınca İstanbul'a geri döndü. Aktif olarak yüzme, dalgıçlık, futbol, basketbol, hentbol gibi spor dallarıyla uğraşmasının yanı sıra Türkiye Sualtı Sporları Federasyonu'na bağlı olarak Şile 'de 8 yıl cankurtaranlık yaptı. Daha sonra tiyatro sanatçısı Ayla Algan ile tanışıp Ekol Drama'da oyunculuk eğitimi aldı. Ardından Sadri Alışık Tiyatrosu'nda teatral eğitimine katıldı ve profesyonel oyunculuğa adım attı. İlk olarak Küçük Hanımefendi dizinde rol alan Arduç, 2015 yılında yer aldığı Kiralık Aşk diziyle şöhretini iyice pekiştirdi. Oynadığı televizyon dizilerinin dışında sinema filmlerinde de yer alan oyuncu, aynı zamanda aktif olarak destek verdiği sosyal sorumluluk projeleriyle de bilinmektedir.
