While experiencing the excitement of working with renowned director Christopher Nolan, Zendaya revealed that she struggled to memorize her lines on the first day of filming 'The Odyssey'. In a statement made on the Happy Sad Confused podcast, she noted that this situation was quite frustrating for her. Along with the tension of being on Nolan's set for the first time, the cold weather conditions during the shoot added to the challenges.

Zendaya shared, "I had memorized my lines and wanted to say them correctly. But I was a bit psychologically affected," explaining her experience. She emphasized that the filming took place in Iceland and that the weather that day was particularly cold. "My mouth was frozen. Nothing was coming out. I was really trying to say something like 'Blah blah blah'. It was so embarrassing," she expressed.

However, Zendaya also mentioned that despite this difficulty, she enjoyed the atmosphere on set. "Being in such a situation is a pleasure and a gift. Sharing the stage with people you have admired for a long time is a very special experience," she said. Amid the excitement of filming, she added that she was trying to focus on her work and wanted to deliver her best performance.

'The Odyssey' is a production based on Homer's ancient Greek poetry. Zendaya plays the role of the Greek goddess Athena in the film. The story revolves around King Odysseus's (Matt Damon) journey back to Ithaca after the Trojan War and his efforts to reunite with his wife Penelope (Anne Hathaway) and son Telemachus (Tom Holland). This epic tale also includes battles with mythical creatures and promises to offer viewers an unforgettable experience.
