Beth and Rip were never the kind of couple to settle into a quiet and peaceful life, and frankly, that's a good thing. After everything they've been through in Montana, the dream of a clean and fresh start always seemed a bit optimistic, even completely unrealistic. Some people carry their problems like baggage, and this duo essentially has an entire emotional moving truck filled with it. Now, the new chapter of the Yellowstone universe is on the way, and the official trailer makes one thing very clear: peace may be expected.

The official trailer for Dutton Ranch is now live, and Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser return as Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler, respectively. The new Paramount+ Original Series will globally premiere on Friday, May 15, with its first two episodes. The series will also air on Paramount Network the same day at 8:00 PM ET/PT, again with two episodes, followed by weekly releases for the remainder of the season.

This new series finds Beth and Rip in Rio Paloma, Texas; where they are trying to build a future together away from Montana's toxic Dutton legacy. Of course, since this is Beth and Rip, that future won't remain quiet for long. They can't help themselves, can they? The official synopsis heralds that a painful new chapter is prepared for them as the couple encounters new enemies who could be as ruthless as they are. Created by Chad Feehan, the characters are brought to life by Taylor Sheridan and John Linson, with Feehan also serving as showrunner. Christina Alexandra Voros directs multiple episodes, including the first and last ones.

A wide cast has been assembled for the series. Finn Little (Those Who Wish Me Dead, Storm Boy) plays Carter, Juan Pablo Raba (Narcos, The 33) plays Joaquin, Jai Courtney (Suicide Squad, Terminator Genisys) plays Rob-Will, J.R. Villarreal (Akeelah and the Bee, Ultra Violet & Black Scorpion) plays Azul, Marc Menchaca (Ozark, The Outsider) plays Zachariah, Natalie Alyn Lind (The Gifted, Big Sky) plays Oreana, Ed Harris (The Truman Show, Apollo 13) plays Everett McKinney, and Annette Bening (American Beauty, Nyad) plays Beulah Jackson. Beth and Rip collide with a ruthless rival ranch that will do anything to protect its bloody new realities in southeast Texas.
