"Spells to Revive a Witch" Receives Support from Spain and Uruguay

The highly anticipated project "Spells to Revive a Witch" by Natalia Solórzano Vásquez has found new partnerships with Spain's Testaferro and Uruguay's Guay Films. This hybrid documentary will participate in the Costa Rica Media Market and is produced by Costa Rica-based Sputnik Films. Mariana Murillo's label previously produced Sofía Quirós Ubeda's Cannes-selected film "Land of Ashes" and is currently in post-production.

The project tells the story of the legendary fortune teller Soralla de Persia. This type of documentary aims to provide viewers with a rich experience both visually and narratively. Highlighting Costa Rica's rich cultural heritage and mythological elements, this film aims to attract international attention.
