Directed by Matt Reeves, The Batman has made a strong contribution to the DC universe, grossing over $772 million worldwide. Robert Pattinson portrays the iconic young Caped Crusader, while Catwoman/Selina Kyle (Zoë Kravitz), Lieutenant Jim Gordon (Jeffrey Wright), and The Riddler (Paul Dano) reintroduce Gotham's iconic characters, even hinting at the legendary Joker (Barry Keoghan).

In an interview with Deadline, Sebastian Stan announced that he will play "multiple roles" in the highly anticipated Reeves sequel, The Batman: Part II. There are rumors that Stan will join the film as Two-Face, one of Gotham's iconic villains. This will be Stan's first project in the DC universe, as he previously had a significant role as the Winter Soldier in the MCU. Stan mentioned that he has met with the hair and makeup teams, stating, "I’m excited, I’m nervous, and I’m trying to surprise myself constantly."

Two-Face/Harvey Dent is one of the most tragic and iconic villains in the Batman universe. Created by Bob Kane and Bill Finger in 1942, this character was once a close ally of Bruce Wayne and Gotham's esteemed District Attorney. However, after a mafia leader threw an acidic substance on half of his face, his mind and body underwent a transformation. This tragic event destroyed Harvey Dent's identity and turned him into a ruthless mobster.
