Kevin Hart is ready to celebrate with everyone who invites him in the trailer for Netflix's upcoming comedy film 72 Hours. Directed by Tim Story, the film will be released on the platform on July 24. The cast also includes Marcello Hernández, Mason Gooding, Teyana Taylor, Andy Garcia, Kam Patterson, Ben Marshall, Kevin Dunn, and Zach Cherry.

72 Hours tells the story of Hart, a 40-year-old executive who hopes to accelerate his career breakthrough. After accidentally being added to a group chat of twenty-somethings, he decides to join them for a wild bachelor party in Miami. In the trailer, Hart explains his situation by saying, "I'm in a random group chat planning a bachelor party. This is my chance to connect with these young guys." However, Hernández responds, "It's really weird for you to be here. I had no idea you were 50 years old."

Story, known for directing films like The Pickup and Ride Along, has taken on the project written by Jon Hurwitz, Hayden Schlossberg, Kevin Burrows, and Matt Mider. Director Story, along with Hart, Hurwitz, Schlossberg, John Davis, Josh Heald, Luke Kelly-Clyne, Bryan Smiley, and Will Packer, serves as a producer. Marshall, who comes from Saturday Night Live, describes the film as "a big, broad, crazy comedy" and notes that this is his first experience being hired as an actor.

Recently, Hart has been at the center of Netflix's The Roast of Kevin Hart, which aired on Sunday. Additionally, he will appear in Sony's Jumanji: Open World, set to be released this year, while continuing to actively work across various platforms with 72 Hours.
