Pedro Pascal has become one of the biggest stars in the world over the past few years. While it’s hard to pinpoint what has contributed most to his rising fame, many fans argue that The Mandalorian has given him more visibility than his other recent projects. Last year, Pascal starred alongside Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Joseph Quinn, Julia Garner, and Ralph Ineson in the most financially successful film of his career, The Fantastic Four: First Steps. Later this year, Pascal will return as Reed Richards in Avengers: Doomsday, which will make this film the highest-grossing project of his career.

Although Pascal has showcased his strength in the fantasy genre with his work in science fiction and even Game of Thrones, he has also taken on more realistic projects over the years. Pascal is one of the main stars of Netflix's all-time most gripping crime saga, Narcos. He shares the screen with Wagner Moura, who received his first Oscar nomination for his performance in The Secret Agent. Pascal also voices the character Brender Lawson in Star Wars: Maul – Shadow Lord. Narcos aired three seasons between 2015 and 2017, a timeline that is nearly unheard of today. Despite nearly a decade passing since the release of its first episode, it remains one of the most popular binge-watch options on Netflix. The same goes for the spin-off project Narcos: Mexico, starring Scoot McNairy, which also aired for three seasons.
