A new leak regarding Genshin Impact 7.0 reveals that the character Odette will play a significant role in team compositions for players. Odette will be introduced as one of the first playable Snezhnaya characters in Genshin Impact and will arrive alongside Alyosha. While Alyosha is rumored to be a 4-star Electro character, Odette is expected to be a 5-star Cryo character, aimed at taking on the team's damage output.

Before the release of Version 7.0, Odette's in-game abilities were leaked through Honey Hunter World. This leak confirms that Odette is indeed a 5-star Cryo character who will wield a sword in battle. Additionally, it provides insights into both her active and passive abilities, offering a better understanding of her role within the team and hints at how players might build around her after her release.

According to the leaks, Odette will have standard Normal and Charged Attacks. With her Elemental Skill, Odette can deal AoE Cryo DMG to an enemy while also summoning a solo dance copy. This dance copy regularly attacks surrounding enemies by transitioning between two dance moves. If the dance copy is nearby when Odette activates her skill, the two will perform a special ability together, dealing AoE Cryo DMG.

Odette's Burst ability also summons the dance copy to deal AoE Cryo DMG and gains Snow Swan’s Dream. This indicates that Odette enters either the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct or Radiance: Stellar Glimmer state when she triggers the Polestar Field or the Stellar Swirl reaction. The new Cryo character in Genshin Impact allows the team to perform Stellar-Conduct or Stellar-Swirl reactions. One of Odette's passive abilities ensures that she gains a Marvelous Splendor stack when summoning the dance copy, reinforcing her primary DPS role.
