This season of Daredevil: Born Again continues to expand the Marvel Cinematic Universe on the small screen while introducing new characters and highlighting our favorite ones. Since Jon Bernthal's Frank Castle already has his own spin-off with The Punisher: One Last Kill special presentation, it could be fun to compile a list of which characters from Daredevil: Born Again we might want to see in an official Disney+ spin-off.

Although the season finale ends with Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) being imprisoned for his crimes as Daredevil, that doesn't mean everyone's Born Again story is over. In addition to hinting at a reunion of The Defenders, the second season also suggests that several other characters could easily lead their own projects. Here’s a list of five characters (actually six) from Daredevil: Born Again that we might want to follow in MCU projects.

After Mike Colter's surprise return as Luke Cage in the Born Again finale, we see him alongside his wife(?) Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter), indicating that Jess has returned to the New York neighborhoods and decided to reopen Alias Investigations. It would definitely be great to watch a series about the adventures of this MCU super couple as they raise their daughters in New York City, and it might be the best way to revive Luke Cage and Jessica Jones. Adding Danny Rand/Iron Fist (Finn Jones) and calling it Heroes for Hire would certainly be enough to grab Marvel fans' attention.

Of course, even if we just got another Jessica Jones story focused on the hero's new Alias work, it would be wonderful to see more of Luke and Jessica's life raising Danielle together. Who knows, with the power vacuum that emerged after Kingpin's (Vincent D'Onofrio) defeat, maybe it's time for Jessica to continue exposing corruption throughout the Big Apple while Luke runs for mayor? Stranger things have definitely happened, and with Daredevil out of the streets, Hell's Kitchen will need someone to protect it in his absence.

Angela del Toro (Camila Rodriguez) is trying to fill the shoes of her uncle, the original White Tiger, after he was killed. The second season even went as far as reintroducing the White Tiger totem previously carried by Hector Ayala (Kamar de los Reyes). Of course, anyone who knows anything about the Marvel Comics 616 universe (i.e., the comic book universe) knows that Angela will ultimately become the next White Tiger.
