Daredevil: Born Again's Return in Season 3 Sparks Excitement
Screen Rant
Exciting developments are unfolding for the third season of Daredevil: Born Again. The series, streaming on Disney+, picks up where Netflix's Daredevil left off, bringing Charlie Cox back as Matt Murdock/Daredevil and Vincent D'Onofrio as Wilson Fisk/Kingpin. The show has been met with great acclaim from both fans and critics.
Another star of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Iman Vellani, is known for her role as Kamala Khan/Ms. Marvel and made her debut with her self-titled series in 2023. Vellani announced on the Revenge Of podcast that she visited the set of Daredevil: Born Again. While this visit may just be a social event, it could also hint at Kamala's return to the small screen.
In addition to Vellani, other Marvel veterans are reportedly returning for the third season of Born Again. At the end of the second season, Mike Colter reprised his role as Luke Cage, and Krysten Ritter returned as Jessica Jones. There are also reports that Finn Jones will return, reuniting The Defenders team after a decade.
Vellani's future in the MCU remains uncertain. The Ms. Marvel series premiered three years ago, and there is still no clarity on when a second season might arrive. Vellani's partner, Aramis Knight, stated that there have been no discussions about the show's future and that the likelihood of a second season is low. "It's been a long time, so I'm really not sure," he said. "I would love to. I was supposed to be in other projects..."
