Emotion Pictures, Vendôme Group, Pathé, and Merit France have established a new English-language commercial film brand to produce the feature film titled "Muppets in Moscow" in partnership with Riley Keough and Gina Gammell's Felix Culpa company. Oscar-winning screenwriter Charles Randolph, known for the film "The Big Short," will join the project as a writer. The film is based on the work of Natasha Lance Rogoff.
