In the desolate and arid regions of Australia, a man realizes he is being pursued by a truck trying to run him off the road. After a wild chase, the man wakes up in a hospital. Although he survives the accident, he remembers nothing. As he tries to discover who he is, he seeks answers to the confusing questions that plague him.
