Young and idealistic director Emrah is trying to shoot his first feature film. His father, Mehdi Bey, a retired customs officer, believes that Emrah will become a pharmacist. With the support of his friends and his mother, Şahane Hanım, Emrah manages to secure funding from producers, but he soon faces the wheels of bureaucracy.
