Django follows a weary cowboy searching for his daughter, whom he believes to be lost, in Texas at the end of the 1800s. Eight years ago, Django (Matthias Schoenaerts) lost his family and has been unable to move on from the tragedy. He is now searching for his daughter Sarah (Lisa Vicari), whom he believes may have survived the massacre. As Django tracks her down, he arrives in New Babylon, a town at the bottom of a crater where all outcasts are welcomed and everyone is equal and free.
