SUM takes back the unit next-door and KEUNG proposes to rent the flat. After hearing about the rent, KEUNG withdraws his thought. SUM has a video dialogue with SAI and SAI indicates that he will be back to HK to develop his career. SUM therefore decides to keep the flat for SAI till he is back to live in HK. KEUNG thinks that leaving the flat empty for half a year is a waste and indicates that he will help SUM to find a short-term tenant. KEUNG successfully gets MR YAU to rent the flat. The bank notifies SUM that the check MR YAU has issued cannot be honored. SUM and KEUNG get home and find that the furniture inside the flat has changed.
