James Martin presents the live cooking show. He is joined by Michelin-starred chefs Pascal Aussignac and Glynn Purnell, and actress MyAnna Buring faces her food heaven or food hell. There are moments from Rick Stein, The Great British Menu and Simon Hopkinson; and expert Susie Barrie chooses the wines to match the dishes cooked in the studio.
