Magician Rex Rolands seeks out Sydney's expertise to locate a jewel-encrusted staff that belonged to the Hungarian royal family, Hungary's Cursed Scepter. The journal of a Scotland Yard investigator brings Sydney, Nigel and Rex to The Magic Mansion in Atlantic City. Someone on the inside clues into their search and is determined to stop Sydney and Nigel, while they navigate the mansion's secret passageways, labyrinths and hidden chutes.
