Journalist Jane Corbin has reported on epidemics, medical emergencies and global conflicts since the 1980s. When Britain went into its first national lockdown in March, she was filming on the NHS Frontline in Leicester and Coventry. It was an unprecedented point in history - there was no playbook and no firm evidence base to guide decision-making.
