Rishi takes Indu and Seher to school. Munna and the others lie to Indira that Indu is a good student, while Indu’s principal expels her due to poor performance. Kutumbh lies to Indira about Rishi being the breadwinner of the family during her absence, but Meher reveals that she was the one taking care of the household expenses. Later, Indira goes to find a job and ends up at a ‘langar’, a Sikh community kitchen serving free meals, where unbeknownst to Indira, Indu is also present.
