Noah Cappe goes loco for Sunshine State snacks at the Manatee County Fair in Palmetto, Fla. Then he's shaken and stirred by some Kentucky classics at Hillbilly Days in Pikeville, Ky., where old-fashioned favorites are served with a side of good humor and a shot of American whiskey in the form of Kentucky Mac and Cheese and Bourbon a la Mode funnel cake.
